Messages, documents, notes, showing requests and profile details you add to your client portal are private to you and the Sarasota Exclusive Homes advisors and administrators who serve you. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the portal (such as secure hosting), when you ask us to (for example, introducing you to a lender partner), or when required by law.

Your information is stored with an industry-standard cloud provider, transmitted over encrypted connections, and protected by access controls so only your own account and your assigned team can view it. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived secure links.

While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. The portal is provided "as is," and Sarasota Exclusive Homes is not responsible for any loss, corruption or unauthorized access to data beyond our reasonable control. Please keep your own copies of important documents and do not upload information you are not comfortable storing online.

You may update your profile at any time from My Account, and you can request that we delete your account and associated data by messaging your advisor or emailing us.
